Why does the search say "No record found" for my Treasury ID?
This status checker queries only Online Reimbursement applications. If your medical claim was submitted manually (Offline / SDE Counter submission) or processed through the old physical reimbursement scheme, it will not appear under this search. Additionally, check that your Treasury ID does not contain leading spaces or incorrect digits.
What does "CEO Approved Amount" indicate?
The CEO Approved Amount is the final reimbursement figure sanctioned by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust after technical scrutiny and hospital tariff adjustments. This is the net amount released for payment through the treasury.
What are the common claim status stages?
  • Initiated / Pending Scrutiny: The claim has been submitted and is in queue with the medical scrutiny team or DME.
  • Approved / Settled: The claim has cleared scrutiny and the admissible amount has been finalized.
